This is our most comprehensive offering; a fully guided design experience from your very first idea to a complete set of drawings. We take the time to understand how you live, what you love, and how you want your home to feel before a single line is drawn. Every decision is intentional, every detail considered. The result is a home that is elevated, timeless, and uniquely yours.
How It Works

It all begins with an idea. Concept Design establishes the overall goals of the project while taking into consideration the site conditions and limitations. We establish a general layout, and 3D block massing to begin to see how the design takes shape.
Some clients choose to stop here as they value our design direction, but prefer to have someone more local to them to complete the drawings and take them into construction.

After establishing the Concept, we begin the Design Development phase - further refining floor plan details as well as developing the interiors of the design.
This phase is where we begin to address your vision for cabinetry placement, plumbing & appliance plans, and ceiling conditions. We believe in displaying every interior elevation in order to clearly communicate the design with our clients as well as their contractor.

Construction Documents are needed in order to make your design a reality. These include producing drawings for permitting entities, refining exterior elevations, providing additional details throughout interior elevations, foundation & plumbing plans, framing plans, and electrical plans.
This is the final step in order to have a set of drawings your contractor can bid accurately and build from.

You found a plan you love online or have been working with a designer/architect, but something about the plan feels slightly off, or you're just not sure if it actually works for the way you live. Before you continue spending thousands on drawings, we’ll take a look over them as well as your concerns, and let you know what improvements should be considered.
Submit your plan and a short questionnaire about your concerns as well as your design goals. We will look over your submission and after 3-5 business days, we'll send you a recorded video walkthrough of our findings — what's working, what isn't, and exactly what we'd change. Just honest, expert guidance you can watch on your own time and share with your designer or architect.
