born from the idea of ‘creating a view’, this design centers around a courtyard and pool that comes into sight the moment you arrive. the layout was shaped to create moments of visual connection, drawing the outdoors in and offering a sense of serenity and retreat throughout. while some rooms take in lake views, others overlook this private oasis. the architecture itself features a ‘modern manor’ style and provides privacy from neighbors while elevating everyday living.
